Camden Club Homeowner's Association


Board of Directors:
Camden Club's Board of Director's is responsible for maintenance of the community's common areas, hiring and supervision of contractors for common area maintenance and homeowner lawn maintenance, maintaining the hazard and liability insurance coverage on the Association's common areas, approving the HOA's annual budget, setting the amounts of annual and special assessments, and foreclosing liens to ensure payment of assessments. The board also is responsible for ensuring the common areas and homeowners are in compliance with the neighborhood covenants.

The Board has selected Sentry Property Management to handle the day-to-day management of our community. Architectural Changes:
You must submit a written request to the Property Management Company and have it approved before making any external changes to your home. Your request will be reviewed by the Architectural Review Board to ensure the proposed changes are in harmony with the appearance of the neighborhood.
